User Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the smart888 platform is limited to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• Aged 21 and above at the date of registration.
• Not prohibited under applicable local or international law from participating in online gambling activities.
• Registering in their own name and not on behalf of a third party.
• Not currently subject to any restriction or ban imposed by smart888.

smart888 takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents such as MyKad or passport at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of the age requirement will be suspended immediately and the account balance may be forfeited.

Registration and Account Management

Each user is only allowed to hold one registered account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts along with the freezing of balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. smart888 reserves the right to verify any information provided. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential.
• Ensuring your password is strong enough and not shared with anyone.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the smart888 platform are subject to the following policies:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM30, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• The minimum withdrawal per request is RM50.
• Supported payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the method chosen and internal verification processes.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the name of the smart888 account holder.

smart888 reserves the right to request additional documents for identity verification and source of funds purposes before approving any withdrawal request. This is standard compliance practice adopted by licensed platforms.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

smart888 offers various promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own conditions. Our welcome bonus gives you an additional 200% on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM300, subject to the following conditions:

• A wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.
• Example: A deposit of RM100 receives a bonus of RM200, bringing the balance to RM300. You must reach a wagering total of RM200 × 25 = RM5,000 before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Another example: A deposit of RM400 receives a bonus of RM300 (maximum cap), bringing the balance to RM700. The wagering requirement is RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly into cash.
• smart888 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer without prior notice.

Any attempt to abuse promotions, including the use of multiple accounts or wagering techniques deemed improper, may result in cancellation of bonuses and account closure.

User Conduct and Prohibitions

By using the smart888 platform, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Using automated software or bots to manipulate game outcomes.
• Any form of fraud, collusion, or dishonest conduct.
• Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform's systems.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Sharing your login credentials with others.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate action including account suspension, freezing of the balance, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

If resolution through negotiation cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the arbitration body designated by our licensing authority. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

The Malay language version of these terms is the primary reference version. Should there be any inconsistency with translations in other languages, the Malay version shall prevail.
